These ornaments are a great gift for anyone in your life. Each is designed for a specific title, Godmother, Boss, Fire Fighter, etc. Choose the ornament that fits your job or your role in someone's life and each can be customized! Standard ornaments have the name/title in the middle only while personalized ornaments have a small section at the bottom that can be engraved with names, dates, titles, sayings, etc. Need one for all the coaches on a Football team with their names and the year? How about a military ornament with the name and tour dates of your loved one? The possibilities are endless! See photos on the listing for an example of a personalized ornament. Ornaments measure approximately 4x4.5" made from 2 layers of wood combined to total 0.25" thick. Choose from 2 color styles for ornaments. Option 1 is made from a walnut backing layer and a white top layer. Option 2 is made from a white bottom layer and a stained cherry top layer. Returns and exchange details

All custom magnets will only be allowed to be returned/exchanged if there is an issue with the design or quality of the image.

Custom and/or personalized wood items are not able to be returned.

Shipping policies

Shipping charges include packaging, handling fees and postal charges through USPS. Delivery confirmation is available upon request on U.S. orders, however, confirmation or tracking is not available for international shipping orders. Snarky is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance is available upon request, please send me a message for details .International packages may require duties at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately this is not something we are able to calculate or predict as every country is different in what they require. Please be aware that additional fees may apply for international orders.

Wood naturally will expand and contract with temperature or humidity. While we strive for every item we send to be 100% perfect, this is still a handmade item. Each item will vary slightly with wood grain and coloring. We cannot guarantee there will never be a slight warp to the wood used but products are still beautiful if displayed per their intended use and will not be noticeable.
