Sometimes you have the perfect image in mind and just need help making it a reality! This listing is for design work to create a custom 2x3" Birth Announcement image (300 ppi, 600x900"). You can use this image to have custom magnets made via this listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/688014714/custom-2x3magnet?ref=shop_home_active_2&crt=1 . The digital file will also be available to you upon request for you to print yourself, or use however you like. Please note this listing is for the design work and the digital file only. Physical products using your image are sold separately. HOW TO GET YOUR CUSTOM GRAPHIC DESIGN: • Before purchasing, please reach out via Etsy Conversations to go over your project so I can make sure I can execute what you need. • Based on your request, I will provide both a cost estimate and timing estimate. I am happy to fulfill rush design requests as you may need. • Once cost and timing is approved in our initial conversation, I will provide you with the information you need to complete your purchase. • When your design is complete, I will send a proof for your approval. I'll be happy to make any tweaks you like until you're completely satisfied. • When you approve a proof I will send your digital file, begin work on your magnets, or take whatever steps we've agreed on to complete your project. Returns & exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

All custom magnets will only be allowed to be returned/exchanged if there is an issue with the design or quality of the image.

Custom and/or personalized wood items are not able to be returned.

Shipping policies

Shipping charges include packaging, handling fees and postal charges through USPS. Delivery confirmation is available upon request on U.S. orders, however, confirmation or tracking is not available for international shipping orders. Snarky is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance is available upon request, please send me a message for details .International packages may require duties at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately this is not something we are able to calculate or predict as every country is different in what they require. Please be aware that additional fees may apply for international orders.

Wood naturally will expand and contract with temperature or humidity. While we strive for every item we send to be 100% perfect, this is still a handmade item. Each item will vary slightly with wood grain and coloring. We cannot guarantee there will never be a slight warp to the wood used but products are still beautiful if displayed per their intended use and will not be noticeable.

    All of our items are handmade to order, and this does take some time. Please see the banner at the top of our page for our current time-to-ship. After you have ordered and that timeframe has elapsed, we will then ship using the method you select.

    Items that are handmade to your specifications (color, size, personalization, etc) are not returnable. However, we strive to make every customer smile... so please contact us with any concerns about your order!
